ADMISSIONS

 Aaron's Hope, NC accepts teen boys on an individual basis. Much prayer and consideration is given to each applicant. Generally speaking, we accept troubled teen boys with mild to moderate emotional and/or behavioral problems.  

• Teenage boys, ages 13-17 (and 18 year olds still in high school)
• Must reside within 2 hours of AHNC
• Mild to moderate emotional and/or behavioral problems
• No alcohol or drug dependency
• No active suicidal or homicidal threats
• No history of sexual offending behavior or sexual perpetration
• No history of violent offense
• Must submit to the guidelines of the Residential Handbook
• Ability to complete the program

• Must reside within 2 hours of AHNC
• Must attend weekly counseling sessions and weekly parenting classes
• Must provide a home for the teenager every other weekend, holidays, and breaks
• Must submit to the guidelines of the Parent and Residential Handbook
• Must consistently pay their teen’s tuition based on pre-arranged terms determined by a sliding scal

• Phone interview 
• Complete Application & Release of Informed Consent Form 
• Face to face meeting with Counselor 
• Additional information gathered and reviewed by Staff
•  Meet rest of staff and tour facilities 
• Admission into program
